That’s where I can help. By combining my knowledge of physiology, movement, and rehabilitation, I bring the human performance side to music-making, helping you protect your body while performing at your best.

    60-minute virtual coaching sessions are for those who need help problem-solving about ongoing pain or issues affecting how it feels to play music or live life freely.

    With a month-to-month membership, you’ll get personal fitness programming tailored to your needs, instruments, and goals.

    We will work one-on-one to discover how movement and fitness can give you the resilience you need to play well for a long time. Your program is delivered online, and check-ins are done via video, so getting support is easier than ever.
