Helping musicians feel and sound their best
If your search history is a list of your aches and pains and questions about how to breathe and have good posture…
Let’s get you some answers.
I’m so glad you’re here!
As a musician, you are bombarded with contradicting messages about posture, technique, and breathing from so many sources.
The long hours of practicing can leave you wondering how to stay pain-free and how to take care of yourself.
That’s where I can help. By combining my physiology, movement, and rehabilitation knowledge, I bring the human performance side to music-making, helping you protect your body while performing at your best.
Let’s work together to develop movement patterns that free up your performance, allowing you to play and sing with stamina, strength, and nuance while reducing your risk of injury.
The goal is simple: Free you up to focus on the good parts — connecting with your instrument, audience, and music.
